Shipping and Returns
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received we will happily accept returns on full priced items within 30 days of receiving the order for either an exchange or store credit, providing that the product is:
– Unworn and returned in the original condition.
– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging, without postal labels.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item/s.
Please also choose carefully when deciding on product/s you wish to purchase as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we will be more than happy to discuss the details of your return via email.
